Maintcomm Group Terms and Conditions
Prices:
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD), include GST and are current at time of printing.
Maintcomm will to the best of its abilities, ensure product availability. Maintcomm reserves the right to change products, prices and information without notice.
Prices listed do no include freight - please refer to our freight charges page.
Payment Terms:
Payment must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) only. Payment may be made by electronic funds transfer, cheque and, credit cards (Bankcard, VISA, MasterCard and Amex accepted).
Account Customers - charges to your account and invoiced at time of product ordering and or purchase.
If the transaction amount exceeds $1000.00 and payment is made by credit card, then an additional merchant surcharge of 2.675% will apply. Such additional charge may vary from time to time and is not within the control of Maintcomm.
Back Orders:
Products that are temporarily out of stock will be automatically placed on back order unless otherwise notified.
Warranties and Product Returns:
If, for any reasonable reason, within 7 days or receiving your order, you are not satisfied that the product you purchased is not fulfilling the task for which it is designed and or intended, then Maintcomm will refund your purchase in full and accept return of the products. If you are an account customer, we will credit your account. Maintcomm has an overriding discretion to refuse return of the products and may decline to refund any part of the purchase price.
The cost related to the return of any products will be borne by the customer and Maintcomm accepts no liability in this regard.
Special Exceptions:
The above policy excludes all custom made products and any products that have been supplied and installed.
Cancellations:
Any order cancellations must be made and confirmed within 24 hours of ordering. We endeavour to have your order dispatched within 2-3 days if interstate and 1-2 days if local. If your order has been dispatched then no cancellations apply. Please refer to our Warranties and Product Returns policy above.
Unsuccessful Banked Cheques:
A fee of $ 50.00 AUD applies to all unsuccessfully banked cheques. Goods will not be dispatched to you if this occurs.
Product Design:
All of the products listed on our website are subject from time to time to have changes made to them including, but not limited to, colours and design changes. Maintcomm reserves the right to supply the current listed products.

Maintcomm is an ethical and professional practice that values the relationships between our customers, suppliers and associated entities. Maintcomm, it's directors, staff, contractors, suppliers and associated entities, affiliates, agents and their management / staff, will not disclose your confidential information except in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.
Maintcomm will not sell, trade or disclose any of the information to any third party without your written consent unless by law we are required to do so. If Maintcomm holds details about you, our customer, you are entitled to access that information. Should you require such access, please submit your request in writing outlining the documents or information you require. We will endeavour to respond to the request within 14 working days of receipt of the request.
