We specialise in and produce:

Design

We design custom safety/compliance & communication signage, that is compliant these Australian Standards:

• AS1319(Danger & Warning signs)
• AS 1319-1994 (Fire Signs)
• AS1319 (Mandatory /Prohibition/Safety/Emergency signs)
• AS1216 -1995 (Hazchem signs)

Amongst many others...

These signs have various different qualities & we design to suit the application. These could be the use of different images (pictograph's) or text to suit the application. In most cases there are standard signs within the catalogues. Click here to order a catalogue.

Manufacturing

Maintcomm manufactures different types of signage that includes (but not limited to)

• Display signage
• Static metal (colour bond/aluminium etc) safety signs
• Large format advertising signs for car parks – non illuminated
• Display banners for safety outcomes, advertising etc

Installation

We install rubber speed humps, speed ramps, safety/compliance and custom signage, convex safety & security mirrors, safety step tread nosings, self-adhesive tactile pads and surface bollards, height clearance bars etc.

All the Speed Humps/Speed Ramps we do are compliant to AS2890.1 and have green credentials as they are manufactured from recycled rubber. The modules must be either white/black or yellow/black in colour, and must not be placed further 30 metres apart from the preceding modules.

Maintenance & refurbishment of existing products

This includes but is not limited to:

• Convex safety & security mirrors. These generally need a quick clean or parts replaced due to wear & tear or damage to them.
• Surface mounted bollards. This mostly includes refurbishment of the bollard by rust removal & painting. In some cases we can do them insitu (do them in place) or we remove them & re-install.
• Speed Humps Speed Ramps. In most cases, we have to replace worn ramp/hump modules due to high traffic wear. They can be changed around but must still meet AS2890.1 criteria.
• Signage.
• Height Clearance Bars
